Return & Refund Policy
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND MUST INCLUDE ALL PIECES IN THE PACKAGE, OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
START AN ONLINE RETURN:
Please have your order number and zip code ready to proceed. Pack your items safely and neatly in the original box with all pieces inside. All return costs would be the responsibility of the buyer unless the items arrived damaged or incorrect ( Videos + pictures are required to assess the damage).
Failure by the customer to make any claim within 48 hours from the Product's delivery date (date of receipt) in any form will constitute acceptance of the goods.

- Clearance Items
- Items already assembled
- Items marked "Non-returnable" on the product page
Most orders are eligible for returns or exchanges if processed within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. If you fail to follow the instructions for the return or send back a used item, not in its original condition, you will not receive a refund. All returns are subjected to a 10% re-stocking fee.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN OF ITEMS:

- No Scratches
- Original packaging with all pieces
- No marks or folds
- Within 15 days of delivery
You must comply with the return requirements to receive a refund. All products must arrive in mint condition as received. We will have images on file if your return doesn't meet your needs.

- All shipping fees are not refundable
